ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time.

Billing Address

Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

Billing Currency

If you live outside Australia, please know that all prices on the C JInvestiment Property website, receipt, and all charges made by C JInvestiment Property are in US Dollars. Charges will post to your bank account in your currency amount. This is why you may see different charges on your statement then you see on the receipt we sent you. Your bank may also assess a fee to convert the US Dollars to your currency.

Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business, the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, and the monthly commissions paid out to our affiliates, unless otherwise stated our products have a strict 30-day GUARANTEE refund policy which begins on the date of your one-time or recurring purchase. Therefore, we will not accept any refund requests after 3-days of doing business. Three days is equal to three business days.

We clearly state a product’s refund policy in our marketing and on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. If you are ever uncertain on a product’s refund policy please contact admin by emailing admin@cjinvestiment.com or calling 1-260-243-5500. Paypal, LLC financing is not a payment plan, it’s consumer financing and thus you are legally bound to complete your payment obligations. More information on PayPal, LLC terms and conditions can be found on their website.

Refunds will not be given to anyone customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice. When we receive a chargeback notice, the account in which the service was purchased is immediately blocked, and all associated services in the account are terminated. Clawbacks are applied to any commissions earned by any qualifying affiliates.

Reversing the chargeback is the only way to restore a blocked account. Chargeback reversal notices are often sent by postal mail, which can result in days without access to the account or any of its services. Remember, the one and only way to restore a blocked account is to reverse the chargeback. We do not accept additional payment for services on a different card.

Terms of Subscription Renewal C JInvestiment Property has one-time purchase products and recurring products which will be clearly marked upon checkout. Monthly C J Investiment Property Membership Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.

Third-Party Affiliates

From time to time, we will promote, endorse, or suggest products and/or services for sale that are not our own. Our recommendation is ALWAYS based on our personal belief that the product and its the author will provide excellent and valuable information or service. This may be based on a review of that product, our personal or professional relationship with that person or company, and/or a previous positive experience with the person or company who’s a product we are recommending. In most cases, we will be compensated via a commission if you decide to purchase that product based on our recommendation.

In some cases, we will receive the product for free for review purposes, or just to use. In some cases, we have used that product to our personal satisfaction in our own businesses.  C J Investiment Property and Sponsorship C J Investiment Property offers an optional affiliate program to customers who fully believe in our products and/or services and would like to be compensated for referrals. This means that the buyer is free to purchase from whichever affiliate he or she chooses.

When the buyer does purchase from an affiliate, all future purchases which pay commission will NOT be tied to you, unless the buyer purchases through your unique affiliate link.

Live Events

Any request after the THIRTY DAY time limit will not be processed. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event. TICKET HOLDERS MAY NOT SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, OFFER AT AUCTIONS, RESELL, DONATE, ACT AS COMMERCIAL AGENT FOR ANOTHER PARTY OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS IN ANY WAY WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF C J INVESTIMENT PROPERTY.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers will not be processed SEVEN Days prior to the event.

Free Tickets

After 10 business days, your free ticket becomes VOID and is no longer redeemable. Your Account You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the C J Investiment Property, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

Social Media Groups and Communities

Entrepreneurs of all levels are welcome here. We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed.

Keep it respectful

Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.

No pitching to the group

We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave.

You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.

No gated content

Don’t require people to opt-in to view.

Respect confidentiality

Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.

Keep it on topic

We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.

Partnering with other members

Access to this group does not mean that C J Investiment Property endorses anyone’s products or services.

Report posts that are breaking group policies

Due to a large number of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manger directly via private message so our team can review them.

Breaking the rules

After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the C J Investiment Property in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the C J Investiment Property may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from C J Investiment Property. In no event will C J Investiment Property be liable for making these changes.
